Description Primary responsibilities: In this internship, you will have the opportunity to be on the production floor meeting different challenges. You will discover our leading technologies which are world-renowned. You will also discover the bottling standards and methods. Are you ready to take the challenge? + Make studies on performance loss (on equipment, skills, organization) + Identify one or more key projects to achieve the performance targets of the bottling/canning line + Establish methods for solving technical problems on the manufacturing floor + Systematize tools for operations and implement production management tools + Work on developing SOPs with the team for installation and startup of new equipment + Craft learning programs for operators and team leaders to help them develop their skills + Establish systemization tools, simplify processes and standardize work Qualification and requirements + Bachelors/Masters student in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering or related field + Team player willing to do what it takes to support the development and manufacturing of products on tight timelines in a fast-paced environment and changing needs of the quality team + Operate with technical excellence and rigor + Can analyze situations and find solutions + Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products including Outlook, Excel and Word The Job will directly report to the Production Manager Hours and compensation: Work up to 35hours/week No relocation assistance or living assistance is offeredSDL2017 Associated topics: cultivate, fork lift, inventory, lawn, mow, plant, plant management, prune, ship, transplant
